CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome results when repetitive movements irritate the median nerve which passes through a narrow passage in the wrist called the carpal tunnel. Symptoms include pain, numbness or tingling in the thumb and first three fingers of the hand.

When sizing, the fit should be snug enough to cause a compression action when opening and shutting the fist but not tight enough to restrict circulation.
